Negative stereotypes and discrimination are common experiences faced by people living with dementia. It is time to change the way we think and act about dementia. This presentation will introduce an easy-to-use online tool that will help you gain the knowledge and confidence you need to “flip stigma on its ear” (flippingstigma.com). It was developed in partnership with an action group of people with dementia who share examples from their own lived experience.
