Garden Care Work Parties
Every 2nd Monday of the month. 1:30 pm - 3 pm
If you need physical or cognitive support in order to participate, please bring a care partner with you.
Location: 1021 Columbia St, Seattle. Space is limited to 6 participants. Please register 2 days in advance for each day.

			'Dancing Together' A Seated Movement Class Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 1:00pm Come together to move to music, exploring various dance styles and having fun with familiar songs. Dancing Together is based on adaptive dance programs for people with cognitive impairment and is also appropriate for people with limited mobility. No dance experience necessary. Free and open to the public - just drop in!

			Alzheimer's Cafe at the Memory Hub Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 2:30pm Join the Frye Art Museum and the UW Memory and Brain Wellness Center for an uplifting time of social connection! A unique opportunity for people living with dementia, their care partners, family, and friends to enjoy companionship, live music, and fun in a relaxed environment. Advance registration required.
