Make meaningful connections, offer mutual support, and discover strategies that work for others. Participate online or by phone, with a free application called Zoom. Facilitated by trained volunteers with support from our program manager. Sign up the day before.

      The spring series of the Chinese Healthy Aging programs, featuring tai chi, karaoke and mahjong, will run 1-3 p.m. Mondays April 4 – June 30 at the Memory Hub.

      Make a cup of coffee or tea and come together for an informal social time with others living with memory loss or dementia.

  • A Listening Circle for Music and Conversation

      Each week, explore short musical clips based on a theme, to reflect, imagine, and share what the music brings to mind.

  • 'Dancing Together' Seated Movement Class

      Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 1:00pm

      Come together to move to music, exploring various dance styles and having fun with familiar songs. Dancing Together is based on adaptive dance programs for people with cognitive impairment and is also appropriate for people with limited mobility. No dance experience necessary. Free and open to the public - just drop in!

      Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 2:30pm

      Come with your loved one to enjoy an afternoon at the Memory Hub! Caregivers will have a book discussion group led by Seattle Public Library. People with memory loss will have a music engagement program led by a certified music therapist.

      Thursday, June 19, 2025 (all day)

      Looking for information or support for the memory loss journey? At the Memory Hub, a care consultant from the Alzheimer's Association acts as “Memory Navigator." Our care consultant provides free 30-minute appointments, to help you get connected with helpful memory loss resources. Discuss what you're looking for, and discover what may be available in your area to help you thrive.

A free event for all ages.
