Location & Hours

Address: 1021 Columbia St. Seattle, WA, 98104

The Memory Hub is conveniently located just a few blocks from the UW Medicine Memory and Brain Wellness Center clinic at Harborview Medical Center and beside the Frye Art Museum. In line with current public health advisories, programs may be offered virtually as well as in person. For specific information about each program, visit Programs on our website menu.

Parking

Murano Senior Living has graciously reserved a limited number of valet parking spaces for Memory Hub visitors, free of charge. Your parking ticket must be validated with a sticker at the Memory Hub in order to receive complementary parking. The garage is located at 620 Terry Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104. To access valet parking: Pull up in front of Murano Senior Living next to the valet parking signs, and wait for the valet. The valet may not be at the curb right away if they are assisting another guest. Tell the valet that you are visiting the Memory Hub, give them your keys, and receive a parking ticket from them. The Memory Hub is 3 level blocks from the Murano. Again, please be sure to validate your parking ticket while you are visiting the Memory Hub.

There is also an ADA parking spot and a 15-minute drop-off parking spot in the small lot adjacent to the Memory Hub, behind the Frye Art Museum. These parking spots are labeled with a sign for the Memory Hub. (Please do not park in other spots in the lot - they are reserved for other users). In addition, there are 15-minute and 30-minute load/unload zones on Columbia Street directly in front of the Memory Hub, as well as other paid street parking in the vicinity.

Hours

The Memory Hub is currently open for scheduled activities and events, with advance registration required. Over the next several months (as COVID allows), we aim to shift to a format with set open hours of operation, during which time guests can drop in to visit the library and resource center, art gallery, memory navigator, garden and more. For now, please check our calendar and sign up for any activities you would like to attend.

COVID-19 Guidelines

For the safety and comfort of all guests, we continue to require full vaccination and masks while indoors at the Memory Hub. Eating and drinking is not permitted in public areas of the Memory Hub. We ask that you please stay home if you are not feeling well. Our guidelines are created in consultation with University of Washington COVID-prevention staff, UW Memory and Brain Wellness Center leadership, and in alignment with current approaches used by senior centers in our region.
