Looking for information or support for the memory loss journey? The Memory Navigator service at the Memory Hub offers free 30-minute appointments with a care consultants. Get support with memory loss or caregiving topics, including information and referrals to community resources. Discuss what you're looking for, and discover what may be available in your area to help you thrive.

Who provides the Memory Navigator service?

Michael Woo, MSW, a social worker from Kin On Health Care Center, a non-profit serving Asian elders in the Puget Sound region. The service is offered in English, Mandarin or Cantonese, and is offered on select Monday afternoons.

Steve Wilson, a care consultant with Nolia Health*, a healthcare organization dedicated to supporting individuals living with neurocognitive disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias and their care partners. The service is offered in English on select Tuesdays.

Jamie Bird, an MSW practicum student with Seattle University, who is interning at the Memory Hub and supervised by Janet Salsbury, MSW, Manager of the Elderwise program. The service is offered in English on select Wednesdays.
*Please note, Nolia Health is a for-profit company and are providing free Memory Navigator appointments as a service to the community. They will maintain an unbiased approach without prioritizing their own services, and their involvement does not constitute an endorsement from UW Medicine.
For additional support, you are welcome to call the Alzheimer's Association 24-Hour Helpline to speak for free to a Master's level social worker, any day or time. The number is 1-800-272-3900. Note that the Helpline is a good fit for people or caregivers looking for resources about any memory-related condition, not just Alzheimer's.
