At the Memory Hub, a Social Worker from Kin On Health Care Center acts as “Memory Navigator” to provide consultation about important topics. They provide free 30-minute appointments to help you get connected with helpful memory loss resources.
In-person appointments are available at either 1pm or 2pm on the following Mondays:
Oct 13: 1 or 2 pm
Nov 3: 1 or 2 pm
Nov 17: 1 or 2pm

You are welcome to call the Alzheimer's Association 24-Hour Helpline to speak for free to a Master's level social worker, any day or time. The number is 1-800-272-3900. Note that the Helpline is a good fit for people or caregivers looking for resources about any memory-related condition, not just Alzheimer's.
