The Elderwise Adult Day program brings together adults living with memory loss in a supportive community where they can find a sense of belonging. Participation in the Elderwise program is ongoing, so participants attend on the same day each week to encourage familiarity and connection within the group.
Program times:
Mondays @ The Memory Hub: 10 am - 2 pm
Tuesdays @ The Memory Hub: 10 am -2 pm
Wednesdays @ The Memory Hub and the Eastside: 10 am - 2 pm
Thursdays @ The Memory Hub: 10 am - 2 pm
The cost to attend:
$425/month
*If space allows and the option is available for a participant to attend more than one day per week, the monthly cost will be multiplied according to the number of days per week they attend.
