In conjunction with the Frye Art Museum’s Caregiver Workshop, Elderwise is offering a Pop-up Day Program at the Memory Hub. We aim to support caregivers who are attending the workshop by providing a stimulating program for their loved ones.
WHEN: Friday, 11/14 12:00-4:00
WHERE : The Memory Hub, 1021 Columbia St., Seattle, WA 98104
WHAT: 4-hour Adult Day Program
WHO: People living with mild to mid dementia
COST: $100. We have limited scholarships available
QUALIFICATIONS: ● Must be Independent with ADL’s (toileting, ambulating, transferring) ● Must be able to follow instructions ● Must be able to engage with others and participate in the activities.
