Make meaningful connections, offer mutual support, and discover strategies that work for others. Participate online or by phone, with a free application called Zoom. Facilitated by trained volunteers with support from our program manager. Sign up the day before.

      A FREE resource fair for caregivers from all cultures. Bring your friends and other caregivers! June 8, at 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Tukwila Community Center. Hosted by the Alzheimer's Association. Visit the Memory Hub table at this event!

      You’re invited to celebrate Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month this June! Join your First Hill neighbors for our first annual Brain Health Block Party. From 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday June 21, stop by any site on the map to enjoy an outdoor brain-healthy activity such as bike-powered smoothie making, games and more. A free event for all ages.
