'Dancing Together' Seated Movement Class

Come together to move to music, exploring various dance styles and having fun with familiar songs. Dancing Together is based on adaptive dance programs for people with cognitive impairment and is also appropriate for people with limited mobility. No dance experience necessary. Free and open to the public - just drop in!

Gardening Group (Cathedral Garden at St. James)

Join the Memory Hub and O’Dea High School students for an afternoon of service in the Cathedral Garden at St. James, which provides food for neighbors in need. A volunteer experience for people with early stage memory loss and their families.
